Delivery Window
PigeonBox receives delivery on Monday-Friday between 9am-5pm. If your delivery is done outside this delivery window, it will NOT be received and will likely be scheduled for redelivery by the courier.

You can pick your package up AT ANY TIME that the locker is accessible. For example, you can pick up packages from our Skytrain locations for as long as the station is open.
Setting Delivery Window  - Delivery Notes
  1. Copy and paste your PigeonBox Address from your PigeonBox Dashboard to your E-commerce checkout page. Make sure that you copy and paste the Address Line 2 as seen on your PigeonBox Dashboard.
  2. On the checkout page's Delivery notes, indicate that delivery is for Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
Setting Delivery Window  - Amazon
  1. Log in to your Amazon Account
  2. Go to Your Account > Your Addresses
  3. Click Add Address. If you previously entered PigeonBox as a delivery address, skip to step 5.
  4. Copy and paste your PigeonBox Address from your PigeonBox Dashboard to the Amazon Address form and click Add Address. Make sure you copy and paste the Address Line 2 exactly as seen on your PigeonBox Dashboard.
  5. You will be taken back to the Your Addresses Page. Click on Add Delivery Instructions on the PigeonBox Address you have added.
  6. For "Do we need additional instructions to find this address?", type "Deliveries between 9am-5pm only"
  7. For "Is this address closed for deliveries on Saturdays & Sundays?", select "Closed" for both Saturday and Sunday
  8. Congratulations, you are set up for PigeonBox for all of your future Amazon Deliveries!
